This lavish multi-generational Hilton Head Vacation Rental in the exclusive Singleton Beach Place community is the ideal location for larger families to reunite or gather and share Hilton Head’s pristine beauty. Originally owned and lovingly designed by NHL great Serge Sevard, this private oasis offers breathtaking views of the Atlantic, lush marshes and majestic landscapes, as well as views of Savannah on a clear night. New to the rental market, this 3-story home has been updated and furnished tastefully for the discerning traveler.
The main floor features an open-concept design with large, big-picture windows, a spacious living room and dining area. The oversized chef’s kitchen offers state-of-the-art appliances including a Sub-zero and wine refrigerator, dual ovens, air-fryer and two sinks–perfect for entertaining with plenty of space to gather.Â
Travel to the second floor by elevator or marvel the designer curated artwork as you step upstairs. There is space for everyone to refresh and relax with five perfectly appointed king bedrooms and one double bunk–each offering a smart TV, climate control, luxury linens and more. The primary king en-suite features a large soaking tub, double vanities, a workspace with oversized desk and, most importantly, exquisite views from your own private balcony overseeing the ocean and beach below. The remaining four king en-suites–two with balcony access–have dramatic views of the lush marsh, ½ mile boardwalk and breathtaking sunsets. The custom-built bunk room is perfect for the little ones and can sleep up to eight–there’s also a shared hallway bath for tub time.
Your teens will never want to leave the third-floor bonus room–featuring a 75" Smart TV, retro Pac Man, checkers/chess table, mini refrigerator, sink and microwave. This haven also sleeps up to four comfortably and features its own balcony with views of the Atlantic and Singleton Beach.
The backyard is where this luxury vacation rental truly shines. Featuring a private boardwalk to the beach, pool, outdoor shower and a large dining area, grill masters will love the new 5-burner gas grill. When you want to dine out, take a stroll down to Coco’s On The Beach bar and restaurant, accessible directly from the beach or via the private association gate.Â
Hilton Head has no shortage of outdoor activities. From sixteen immaculate golf courses to endless boat ways to unmatched wild-life viewing, guests of all ages will fall in love with the low-country. Association guests can also enjoy a second pool just steps away–perfect for when teens want to venture out.

What A View!
When you walk into this exquisite home the VIEW of the Atlantic Ocean is breathtaking! The home is warm and inviting and the sea-blue color theme goes through the home! The kitchen has everything you could ever need and I know because we had 8 adults and 4 children ages 1, 1, 3 and 6 and dining out with small children can be difficult! My son and son-in/law are fabulous chefs so the kitchen had everything they needed plus a 10 STAR gas grill! The VIEW from the kitchen table… breathtaking! I recently retired and this trip was MY retirement party with my family! The master suite is like something you only see in magazines! The VIEW! The VIEW! I have 3 adult children with spouses and everyone had a king size bed and their own personal bathrooms! It was a true vacation for each of them! The bunk beds and the play room were a huge hit for the grandkids and a great place to play at 6 a.m when others were sleeping! The pool was perfect for early morning kids who were restless waiting for everyone to get ready for the beach! The pool was ideal after nap time and then perfect for a moonlight swim! The STARS! The boardwalk attached to the home took you directly to a large dune and straight to the beach! Beach chairs…sand buckets… beach towels… you name it… it was there! My grandchildren actually cried on Saturday when I said we had to go home on Sunday! They loved the house, loved the beach! We really had no need or desire to go anywhere else! But… putt putt golf is 3 minutes away, restaurants galore, Kroger’s 3 minutes away. Sea Pines 20 minute drive! This home has everything…. Especially the VIEW!

Wow, what an amazing house!
Wow, what an amazing house! The ocean views and access were even better than we expected. In addition to everything you can see in the photos, they have all the smaller things covered as well - plenty of dishes and kitchen supplies, beach chairs and umbrellas, a stocked game room, etc. The beach was fantastic and less crowded than many spots we saw. There is a beachside bar and grill with sand volleyball just a short walk down the beach. Stephanie was super responsive and great to work with, as was the property management company. Overall, just a great house and a great location - perfect setup for our multi-family vacation!

We have stayed in many oceanfront houses on Hilton Head Island over the last 15 years and this was our favorite. It is gorgeous!Â
The house felt brand new with the recent renovations and they did a beautiful job decorating. The master bedroom is breathtaking with its view of the ocean and a large private balcony. The other 4 king suites were also beautifully decorated and perfect for the adults in our family. The kids loved the adorable nautical-themed bunk room with the huge TV and the teens enjoyed the game room with trundle beds, another huge TV, and a balcony with a gorgeous view of the ocean! We loved the open floor plan of the first floor, the pool and the lounging area by the pool where we spent most of our evenings. The laundry room and kitchen were fully equipped with everything we could have possibly needed! We loved dealing with the owner, Stephanie. She went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Besides the house being a dream, all of the extra touches set this home apart for us. She provided beach chairs, umbrellas, a tent, beach towels, a wagon and cute little hooded animal towels in kids bathroom!  Â
There was no extra charge for heating the pool or for the use of the elevator that was necessary for my elderly parents. Â
We loved it and can’t wait to come back!
